Love oak
An old legend has it that the son of the Castle lord fell in love with a beautiful Castle maid and used to meet with her secretly near an oak in the castle garden. Now newly-weds come to the lovers‘ meeting place, and encouraged by the old tales they give bells as a present to each other. The bells are tied up just like their further lives, and thrown into the bushy branches to borrow some power of the oak.

Arbour that has heard many „YES”

Today it still involves romance and love stories. Year by year it has become a special place for wedding ceremonies. On the beautiful and sunny days the wind makes the wedding march start to sound, and the newly-wedded couple stands on the top of the long row of the stairs scattered with roses to make their way step by step to the altar decorated with flowers.
