During the summer season the Ethno Museum and Pub is open at the Watermill. The old grain funnel and woodworking workbench have become part of the a cosy pub interior. Downstairs there are parts of the old watermill, collection of devices and tools. Upstairs there is a themed exhibition "Memories and Items of the 20th Century".
There is an old low barn next to the Watermill, used as a storage facility. Behind the barn, opposite the lakeside swimming site, you can try making log-wood for fire like our ancestors did.
There are several picnic sites near the Watermill. There is a tented terrace and a fireplace behind the Watermill.
There is the big and small wooden swing, boat and hydro bike rent, children’s attractions, and swimming site close to Watermill.
The Watermill cafe offers a pleasant meal on the open-air lake terrace. The custom menu includes hot stew pots, grey peas with bacon, stewed cabbage with sausages, roast potatoes with herring, and more of Latvian cuisine. There are homemade cakes, cream stuffed waffles, and delicious pies. The menu may change every day.
